Highland is seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Lead to create access to Blue Chip accounts through targeted outbound, strategic partnerships, and events. You will generate qualified pipeline and develop a scalable growth engine alongside our Monday and Creatio collaborations. Own the front-end of the sales motion, identify ICP-aligned accounts, and execute outbound outreach.
