Position Summary The Associate Therapist provides individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services to clients across the lifespan. Clinicians conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, maintain timely clinical documentation, and collaborate with other providers when appropriate. Responsibilities Provide high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive psychotherapy Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries within required timeframes. Maintain an active caseload and provide services through telehealth and/or in-person appointments. Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Collaborate with referral sources and community providers as appropriate. Participate in clinical consultation, supervision (if applicable), and team meetings. Adhere to HIPAA, ethical standards, and all Ohio licensing board requirements. Maintain professional licensure and continuing education requirements. Qualifications Required Active Ohio LISW or LPCC license in good standing. Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health field. Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain). Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families. Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, or other evidence-based modalities.
