The store manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operation of the store, ensuring excellent food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and team performance. The manager will always lead by example, work alongside employees during busy periods, and ensure the store is properly opened, operated, and closed each day. The Store Manager is expected to lead by example. This is an active, hands-on manager position. The manager should be willing and able to perform every position in the store and step in wherever needed, such as delivering.

Key responsibilities:

-Open/Close the store according to company procedures

-Lead and supervise employees during each shift

-Assign tasks and ensure employees stay productive and on schedule

-Train, coach, and guide employees on proper procedures and customer service

-Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other food products

-Make pizzas and other menu items while maintaining company quality standards

-Ensure proper portioning, food preparation, and presentation

-Monitor food quality, freshness, and inventory

-Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally

-Operate the POS system and handle cash when needed

-Monitor and manage daily prep

-Communicate with the owners regarding staffing, inventory, equipment, and store operations

-Help maintain a positive, respectful, and productive work environment

-Complete opening and closing checklists and ensure the store is secured at the end of shift

-Previous restaurant or management experience

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

-Comfortable working in fast paced environment

-Ability to lead a team while also working alongside of them

- Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and customer service

-Ability to handle stressful or busy situations professionally

-Must be willing to perform all aspects of store operations
