Job Description
As a Food Server in a fast casual dining establishment, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service while working closely with a small team. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you will ensure smooth order taking, maintain cleanliness, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers to provide menu information and recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving areas
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service roles
- Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills
- Effective time management abilities
- Ability to work well within a team
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards
