Salary Range: $786,375.00 to $1,031,895.00

Potential Additional Earnings: $199,800.00

• The salary range encompasses incentives that depend on skills, experience, tenure, and geographical location.

• Earnings within this range are subject to the necessary Board Certification.

• Potential additional earnings may differ based on location.

• The annual salary is influenced by tenure with the organization and the full-time equivalent (FTE) work schedule.

What Makes This Opportunity Unique

• Be part of building a program from the ground up

• Projected cardiac cases in the first year

• Growth to approximately 500 cases annually by the third year

• A dedicated 20-bed CV-ICU set to open in 2027

• Two specialized cardiac surgery operating rooms

• A dedicated team for cardiac anesthesia and nursing

• Collaborate with the regional cardiac surgery network and the Fontana CV-ICU program

• Support from 2 cardiac surgeons

• Assistance from 3 physician assistants

• Collaboration with 3 cardiac surgery intensivists

• 24/7 in-house intensivist coverage

Qualifications:

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiothoracic Surgery residency program

• Board Certification in Thoracic Surgery with a specialization in Cardiac Surgery

• Preferred: Over 5 years of experience in cardiac surgery
