Overview Occupational Therapist at Lifepoint Health. Location: UP Health System - Portage, Hancock, MI. Schedule: 0.001 FTE (PRN, variable hours per week) Day Shift. Responsibilities Provide exemplary patient care as an Occupational Therapist within the Rehab team. Demonstrate critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Maintain professionalism and effective verbal and written communication with individuals at all levels internal and external. Contribute to a friendly, supportive team environment and uphold quality-focused care. What We're Looking For / Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Michigan. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required (available upon hire). Annual influenza vaccination or declination required.
