Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Designer

Reports To : Creative Brand Director

Position Summary :

Soucie Horner Design Collective (SHDC) is seeking a Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Designer to help elevate and execute marketing initiatives across our three businesses: Interiors, SHIIR Rugs, and The Wickwood Inn.

This role is ideal for a highly creative, digitally savvy marketing professional who combines strong graphic design skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team, this person will help bring campaigns, content, events, and business development initiatives to life across multiple platforms and channels.

The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, marketer, and problem-solver—organized, strategic, collaborative, and excited to help build a growing lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Execution

• Design and produce marketing materials across digital, print, presentation, and social media platforms
• Support the execution of campaigns, publications, events, presentations, and business development materials
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touch points

Digital Marketing & Content

• Support email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and audience communications
• Assist with website content updates and digital marketing initiatives
• Manage content publishing and scheduling across social media platforms
• Collaborate on content creation and campaign execution across all three brands

Analytics & Performance

• Track and report on key marketing performance metrics
• Monitor social media, email, and website performance
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness
• Help connect marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes

Organization & Operations

Manage multiple projects and deadlines across SHDC, SHIIR, and Wickwood

• Maintain organized workflows and project management systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, hospitality, sales, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications
• 8+ years of professional experience in a design studio or agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office/365 Suite
• Experience with WordPress, Elementor, Active Campaign email templates with basic experience in HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and digital trends
• Ability to develop multiple creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing goals that translate through Instagram, LinkedIn, Sub-stack, TikTok, YouTube and other channels
• Experience or interest in luxury lifestyle, architecture and design brands a plus
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing, social media, and content trends
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
