Requirements Robert Wood Johnson- Newark Beth Isreal needs a locum to cover ASAP for a one year assignment. Description of Work Assignment Will be providing OP medication management and psych evaluation services to 4-17 yr olds with psychiatric dx. Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: 5 days a week 830a-430p Schedule of Days/Times Needed to Work/ Shift Hours: Day shift preferred days: Monday-Friday On call? No Patient Load 15 min med manage visits and 60 min psych eval visits 6 to 7 hours per shift. There is appt time flexibility Board Status Requirement (BC/BE) Yes C/A board certification required Is there additional support staff? Yes. PARS will do all the scheduling for provider Is the provider working solo or with other providers? If so, whom? Will see pts independently but will have another provider in the team Are there Advanced Practice Providers? If yes, is the locums provider responsible for them? No Trauma Level of Work Location N/A EMR System? Epic Is the Clinic EMR Different from the Hospital EMR? No List of individuals interviewing candidate: Interim chief of psychiatry/AVP of BH/director of BH OP Time Sheet Approver (once physician is hired) Interim chief of psychiatry Are we able to grant full, temporary, or emergency privileges? If so, what dates does the committee run? Yes. Meetings will take place on 5/8, 6/5, & 7/10
