Bay Area Community Services (BACS) is seeking Clinical Care Coordinators for the Community Wellness and Response Team (CWRT). The CWRT provides urgent response for mental health crises in partnership with 911/988 and Sacramento County, operating 24/7 to connect people with resources and reduce emergency services use. Staff work in pairs in company vehicles, collaborating with dispatchers, law enforcement, and teams to de-escalate crises, arrange services, and support recovery in the community. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bay Area Community Services
