Project Specialist

SLB is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide engineering and project support for customer-driven initiatives, ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely execution of project deliverables. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support project planning, execution, and close-out activities while helping resolve technical and operational challenges. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute project deliverables safely, accurately, and on schedule for internal and external customers.
- Coordinate project activities and support the implementation of service plans, procedures, and project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to address technical challenges and ensure successful project execution.
- Assist with project close-out activities, including the preparation of final project reports and documentation.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs to enhance operational performance and project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and established project procedures.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives and contribute to improved plant delivery performance.
- Mentor team members as required and perform additional responsibilities in support of business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience supporting projects, engineering operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated process management, procedural compliance, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Project is required.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of international commerce processes, including Letters of Credit, export documentation, freight forwarding, and export packing coordination, is considered an asset.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without company sponsorship.
