About the Role
The Company is in search of a Director and Managing Associate General Counsel, Commercial - Americas to lead its legal team in supporting the Americas Global Field Organization. The successful candidate will be a key partner in the strategic decision-making process, with a focus on building trusted relationships across the organization. This role demands a hands-on approach, including direct involvement in complex commercial transactions, and requires an experienced people manager to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial legal team. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. and active bar membership, with over 10 years of legal experience, particularly in negotiating complex commercial technology agreements. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
