Key responsibilities of this role: Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and corporate governance documents. Support capital markets transactions and securities law compliance matters. Conduct due diligence and manage transaction processes from inception through closing. Collaborate closely with clients, advisors, and internal teams to deliver practical legal solutions.
