Assistant Nurse Manager Summary:

• Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills.
• Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process.
• Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information.
• Performs other duties as assigned. Promotes evidence-based clinical care that exemplifies the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required Experience includes 2 years RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience.
• Preferred experience includes 1 year of Leadership experience.

Education: Required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Related

Credentials:

• Required Registered Nurse
• Required Basic Life Support
• Preferred Nurse Specialty
