Gravitate Digital is a fast-growing performance marketing company helping home service businesses acquire customers and scale.

We're looking for an ambitious Client Success Manager who wants to take real ownership, work directly with business owners, and grow quickly with the company.

\n

This is not a low-intensity remote account management role.

\n

\n

We move fast, expect a lot, and give strong performers significant responsibility and upside.

What You'll Do

\n

\n

You'll own a portfolio of client relationships and be responsible for helping those clients succeed.

\n

That includes:

\n

\n
• Running client strategy and performance calls
\n
• Understanding client goals, marketing performance, CPL, CAC, close rates, and lead quality
\n
• Identifying problems before the client does and taking ownership of solving them
\n
• Coordinating with our advertising, creative, and operations teams
\n
• Helping improve client offers, follow-up, CRM usage, and sales processes when needed
\n
• Keeping accounts organized and moving forward
\n
• Building strong relationships with business owners
\n
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow successful accounts
\n

Who We're Looking For

\n

\n

Our ideal candidate has:

\n

\n
• Client success or account management experience at a marketing agency
\n
• Ideally, experience marketing for home service businesses
\n
• Strong communication and organization skills
\n
• A basic understanding of paid advertising and lead generation
\n
• The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once
\n
• High personal accountability and strong problem-solving skills
\n

\n

If you don't have agency experience, we'll still consider exceptional candidates with strong client success experience or people who are unusually smart, hardworking, and quick to learn.

\n

Compensation & Growth

\n

Base Salary: $65,000

\n

\n

Strong performers can earn approximately $90,000–$110,000+ through performance compensation, retention incentives, account expansion commissions, referral bonuses, and additional incentives.

\n

We promote based on performance and capability, not tenure.

\n

\n

As Gravitate grows, top performers will have opportunities to manage larger accounts, lead other CSMs, and move into broader leadership roles.
