Your Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients thoroughly, ordering the necessary diagnostic tests, and crafting personalized care strategies
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues in partnership with physicians or independently (based on qualifications)
• Guiding patients and families regarding preventive measures, wellness strategies, and disease management
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic care strategies
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive, integrated care
• Accurately documenting all interactions within electronic medical records (EMR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner training program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain them within 90 days)
