Maintenance Tech

Maintenance TechnicianWe're seeking a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join a growing operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.If you enjoy diagnosing mechanical issues, working on a variety of equipment, and minimizing downtime in a fast-paced industrial environment, we'd love to connect.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, fleet vehicles, and facility machinery.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues.Repair and maintain a variety of industrial processing equipment and mobile equipment.Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance needs before equipment failures occur.Replace bearings, belts, chains, hoses, cylinders, motors, and other mechanical components.Complete minor welding and fabrication repairs as needed.Assist with hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting and repairs.Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs.Keep shop tools and work areas clean, organized, and safe.Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance best practices.Qualifications:Experience in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, diesel mechanics, or a related field.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Working knowledge of:HydraulicsIndustrial mechanical systemsWeldingElectrical troubleshootingPreventative maintenanceComfortable using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop equipment.Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and repair documentation.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Preferred Experience:Experience working with one or more of the following:Industrial balersShreddersForkliftsSkid steersCommercial trucksTrailersIndustrial processing equipmentPhysical Requirements:Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.Comfortable working around industrial machinery in varying temperatures and environments.What We're Looking For:A dependable technician who takes pride in keeping equipment operating at peak performance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Someone who works well independently while supporting the maintenance team.A safety-minded professional with a proactive approach to preventative maintenance.A technician who enjoys working on a wide variety of industrial equipment and fleet vehicles.Work Location: On-siteAll qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
