Job Description
Safety-Kleen is looking for a Regiona Class A Tanker Driver to join their safety conscious team in E. Chicago, IN! This route runs from E. Chicago, IN to the Midwest and averages 60-65 hours per week.

About the role:

- Drivers average $100-$120K per year \n
- $7,500 sign-on-bonus available \n
- Weekly home time \n
- Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) \n
- Hourly Wages up to $35 an hour \n

RESPONSIBILITIES

- \n
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times \n
- Operates tractor trailer tanker units \n
- Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units \n
- Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads \n
- Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations \n

Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS

\n
\n
- \n
- Class A CDL \n
- Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience \n
- Minimum 3 months of tanker experience \n
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements \n
- Ability to climb and work from heights \n
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more \n
- Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software \n
