Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue12:00 AM - 08:00 AMWed12:00 AM - 08:00 AMThur12:00 AM - 08:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access protocols for a utilities location. Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or visitor information, and help to manage sign-in processes for guests, vendors, and deliveries. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Observe and report unusual activity, policy violations, and security-related concerns from the front desk area while maintaining accurate logs and documentation. Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, providing directions, issuing temporary credentials where applicable, and communicating important information to site personnel and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Loss prevention experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
