What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality ICU nursing care across multiple ICU units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
- Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and respond promptly to emergencies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and care activities accurately using Epic EMR
- Float to multiple ICU units as needed, demonstrating adaptability and clinical expertise
- Comply with unit protocols and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Support patient families and communicate effectively regarding care plans
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS & ACLS certifications (preferred CPI & CCRN)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to float between units
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
