Leader Formation Training Specialist

Yfcnin is seeking a Leader Formation Specialist to support the development and delivery of training experiences for leaders across the Movement. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate with the Leader Formation team effectively.

Responsibilities include planning training sessions, drafting curriculum content, and evaluating training outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and be able to work well within a team while demonstrating YFC’s cultural attributes.
