Based out of our downtown Holland office at 43 E 8th St , our team provides the training, systems, resources, and support needed to help agents build a successful and sustainable real estate career. If you're motivated, people-focused, and ready to take your real estate business to the next level, we'd love to connect Responsibilities Responsibilities Guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process, from the initial consultation through closing. Build strong client relationships by understanding their goals, communicating consistently, and providing a high level of service. Stay informed on local market conditions, property values, inventory, and trends throughout West Michigan. Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, listing appointments, and client consultations. Prepare and negotiate offers, purchase agreements, and other transaction documents with attention to detail. Work closely with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other professionals to keep transactions moving smoothly. Maintain a strong understanding of real estate contracts, industry standards, and local and state regulations. Prospect for new business, follow up with leads, and build a strong pipeline of future clients.
