Seeking a Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in a medical-surgical and telemetry unit. Responsibilities Assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac data, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans. Must explain procedures to patients, ensure safety protocols, and facilitate discharge planning. Qualifications At least one year of recent Med Surg RN experience. A valid RN license. Current BLS certification. Preferred Skills NIHSS and ACLS certifications. Critical thinking, excellent communication, and physical capability to perform clinical duties.
