A well-established Myrtle Beach law firm seeks a Family Law / Matrimony paralegal to join their growing practice!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of SC family law experience,
- Self-motivated and able to work independently,
- Excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task,
- Proficient knowledge of computers and case management software,
- Communicate well with others
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, orders, etc.
- Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing,
- Maintain case files,
- Assist in billing,
- Assist with discovery,
- Monitor county dockets,
- Accurate calendaring,
- Other support duties assigned by attorney.
Full-Time: In-Office Position
