High Performance Gm OpportunityNorth East Ohio Auto Group is looking for a high performance General Manager for one of our locations!About the role:The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire dealership operations. This role encompasses managing inventory, sales processes, and customer satisfaction, while also contributing to overall dealership profitability. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and motivating employees, setting sales goals, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Key competencies:LeadershipStrategic planningFinancial managementCommunicationProblem solvingResponsibilities:Partner with manufacture representative to align initiativesDesign and implement strategy to build year over year incremental increases to net profitCreate monthly and annual dealership sales and service forecastsParticipate in quarterly financial reviews and reconciliation meeting with dealer and executive managementHire, train, motivate, and hold team accountableMeet with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performanceMonitor the daily operating controls, implements action plans as neededIssues all demonstrators and ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintainedRequirements:Prior Ford general sales manager, fixed operations manager or general manager strongly preferredMust have a proven and consistent record of culture and team-building success, with strong employee relations skills to appropriately interact with, lead, develop, recruit, and discipline employees on all organization levelsRequired to understand and keep abreast of the federal, state, and local regulations that affect their operations and comply with these regulationsStrong verbal and written communication skills are required to successfully interact with employees, manufacturers, vendors, and customers.
