BCBA: Flexible, Mentored Therapy Leader in NC

The Treetop

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is looking for a BCBA to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative clinic setting. You will conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop individualized treatment plans, and mentor RBTs, ABATs, and technicians. Join a BCBA-led team with Monday–Friday schedules, no nights or weekends, and optional work-from-home flexibility. A supportive leadership culture emphasizes mentorship, growth, and work-life balance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
