Due diligence vetting and performing analyses on transactions. Defending cases to Credit Committee. Preparing Credit Assessments. Reviewing Legal Documentation focusing on credit terms such as collateral, covenants, etc. Act as a risk manager escalating risks. Qualifications 7+ years credit related work experience. 5+ years of specific experience working in CRE Credit within banking.
