Purchasing & Raw Materials Specialist

Full Time, Idaho Falls, $18 - $18 per hour The Purchasing & Raw Materials Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining raw materials and ingredients to support uninterrupted production. This role ensures production has what it needs—on time, at the right cost, and from reliable vendors. About Poppy & Pout LLC We’ve been making our all-natural lip balms by hand in Idaho since 2014. Key Responsibilities Manage purchasing of raw materials and raw ingredients Maintain vendor relationships and pricing Create and manage purchase orders Enter and reconcile PO receipts Track lead times and supplier performance Ensure production supply aligns with forecasted demand Identify alternative suppliers and risk mitigation plans Partner with Inventory Planning and Production on material availability Core Systems & Tools Katana (POs, receipts, raw material tracking) Vendor management tools Forecasting inputs from Inventory Planning Success Metrics Production material stockouts Vendor on-time delivery Purchase price variance PO accuracy and timeliness #J-18808-Ljbffr
