Job Number: R0247531 Pricing Analyst, Mid The Opportunity Manages the cost and price proposal process to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and complete, meeting external client requirements, company standards, and established estimating system requirements. Applies specific functional expertise and general industry knowledge to develop and refine pricing approaches, supporting high‑quality proposal deliverables and competitive, well‑supported cost narratives. Develops or contributes to product and solution pricing activities addressing moderately complex pricing and proposal challenges, including validating pricing inputs, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and ensuring alignment between technical, cost, and price volumes. Works independently with some guidance and may review, mentor, or guide activities of junior pricing staff. You Have 2+ years of experience as a pricing analyst or pricing in a federal government or commercial environment Experience with obtaining and reviewing estimates for cost elements Ability to counsel proposal teams on price strategy based on historical experience Ability to support a fast‑paced, high‑volume, and diverse workload Ability to obtain a Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have Experience with pricing various contract types across various contract vehicles Experience with developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses and training to executives and key decision‑makers Knowledge of system integration, the use of information technology, and advanced intelligence systems and tools Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills Secret clearance Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
