Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance in a facility supporting diverse industries such as animal nutrition, bioindustrial, and road safety salt. Key Responsibilities Include Completing maintenance tasks on equipment like pumps, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and mobile machinery Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software Operating tools, forklifts, and heavy equipment safely Interpreting schematics, blueprints, and manuals Adhering to safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment Performing other assigned duties Qualifications Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED Minimum 4 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs, working at heights, and in various outdoor conditions Basic computer skills and planning experience Strong communication skills in English Preferred Skills Include Forklift and leadership experience Familiarity with SAP or CMMS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management Technical knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems and automation devices Ability to test, repair, and calibrate equipment and systems This role offers competitive pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities, with shift availability on the first shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association
