We’re looking for a responsible, detail‑driven Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) who takes pride in supporting licensed nurses, ensuring safe medication administration, and helping residents feel secure and cared for.

Shift Options: 7PM - 11PM | 7PM - 7AM

Compensation: $22.00 - $27.50 based on experience + additional shift differentials

Sign on Bonus: $3,250 for Part-Time

Responsibilities:

As an MNA, you’ll assist licensed nursing staff and help maintain safe, accurate medication practices.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Administering routine oral, inhalation, and topical medications under nurse supervision

• Observing residents for changes in condition or adverse reactions and reporting promptly

• Documenting all medication administration according to facility policies

• Following written and verbal instructions related to medication management

• Taking vital signs, performing dose calculations, stocking carts, and removing discontinued medications

• Storing and handling medications safely and securely

• Responding to resident needs and assisting with direct care tasks as assigned

Your accuracy, attentiveness, and calm presence help ensure residents receive safe, consistent care every day.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA).
• Experience in long-term care or senior living preferred.
• Compassionate, dedicated, and ready to provide outstanding care.
• Ability to work well with a team and provide excellent customer service.

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10-20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
