Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology - Kansas City, MO

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care and be passionate about providing high-quality healthcare to newborns and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting neonatal assessments and developing care plans
• Collaborating with the neonatology team to provide comprehensive care
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Administering medications and treatments
• Educating patients and families on neonatal care
• Participating in rounds and case conferences
• Maintaining accurate patient records

Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri (or willing to get)
• Certification in Neonatal Advanced Practice Nursing
• Prior experience in neonatal care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
