Special Procedures Technologist

13-week assignment, 36hrs, 08/31 start date. 06:30-19:00. Late team 1x week till 21:00 / weekday overnight call, weekend 24-hour call. ARRT and state license required. Cath Lab experience. Responsibilities Execute specialized procedures with precision while adhering to safety protocols. Document procedures and results clearly for traceability and quality audits. Monitor real-time performance metrics and report variances to leadership. Maintain required equipment calibration and safety certifications. Identify process improvements and contribute to workflow optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targets and pipelines. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet individual and team performance goals. Provide timely feedback and updates on progress toward milestones. Assist in pipeline forecasting and territory potential assessment. Participate in formal performance reviews and showcase merit through outcomes. Mentor or coach junior colleagues to support professional development. Adhere to contract terms and on-site working expectations with reliability. Experience/Qualifications Experience executing specialized procedures with strict safety adherence. Maintain calibration and safety certifications for all critical equipment. Strong documentation skills for clear, audit-ready procedure records. Ability to monitor real-time metrics and quickly report variances. Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to workflow optimization. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet personal and team performance goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on targets and pipelines. Provide timely progress updates and communicate milestones clearly.
