Training Requirement: Candidates must be willing to complete training at one of our nearby locations before leading their assigned restaurant.

What You'll Do

As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading every aspect of restaurant operations, including:

• Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Delivering exceptional customer service that sets Jersey Mike's apart
• Maintaining outstanding food quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining top talent
• Creating and managing employee schedules using web-based systems
• Ordering inventory and controlling food costs
• Managing labor, cash handling, and daily financial performance
• Driving sales growth and maximizing restaurant profitability
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and company standards
• Creating a positive, team-focused culture where employees can thrive
