Qualifications: What You'll Do + Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office department, including Front Desk, Guest Services, lobby operations, and guest arrival experiences + Lead by example in delivering warm, personalized, and luxury-focused guest service + Support and supervise Front Office colleagues to ensure consistent service standards and operational excellence + Assist with scheduling, payroll support, departmental organization, and labor management + Manage guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and efficiently + Recruitment, onboarding, coaching, training, and performance development of Front Office team members + Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations + Assist with room inventory management, VIP arrivals, group coordination, and operational planning + Monitor daily arrivals, departures, occupancy, and guest preferences to ensure preparedness across the operation + Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, cash handling, and safety standards + Act as Manager on Duty as assigned and provide operational leadership in the absence of senior management + Maintain a visible and engaged presence within the lobby and guest areas to support both guests and colleagues What You'll Bring + A passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences + Previous 1-2 years of leadership experience within Front Office, preferably within a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment + Strong operational knowledge of Front Desk, Guest Services, and hotel systems + Professional, polished, and confident communication skills + Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and team-focused approach + Proven ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion + Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills + Ability to remain calm and service-focused in a fast-paced environment + Experience with hotel property management systems applications + Flexible availability including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as required _Based upon fluctuating demands of the operation and to exceed customer expectations, it may be necessary to perform a multitude of different functions not specifically related to this position.
