This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthodontist in a patient-focused practice where your skills and dedication to patient care truly make a difference. Scheduled Hours: 7:30AM - 5:00PM Monday Tuesday Thursday, one hour paid lunch Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist chairside during patient examinations and orthodontic procedures Place and remove orthodontic brackets, bands, wires, and other appliances under doctor supervision Take and process dental X-rays, photographs, and impressions/digital scans Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment progress Prepare and sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized treatment area Update and maintain accurate patient records and treatment charts Schedule follow-up appointments and support front office coordination as needed Requirements: Prior orthodontic assisting experience required Dental Assistant Certification (Massachusetts) required Familiarity with orthodontic procedures, terminology, and equipment Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, patient-friendly chairside manner Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent patient care Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment About Us: Siri C Steinle DMD PC is a trusted orthodontic practice serving the Brockton, MA community with personalized, high-quality care.
