PEMB Foreman - Per Diem Offered

Trillium is now hiring Metal Building Erector Foreman in Abilene, TX!! We are seeking an experiencedForemanto lead a crew on a fast-pacedPre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB)project. This is a temporary position for the duration of a two-month project. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and highly skilled insteel erection,wall sheeting, andstanding seam metal roofsystems.Will be laying out work for crews, able to read blueprints, work on tools in a man basket in teams of 2.Will be working Monday - Saturday, 50-58 hours per week for 2 months+. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure quality control Interpret blueprints and erection drawings Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies Communicate with project managers and subcontractors effectively Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues as they arise Pay rate is $35/hour, paid weekly plus $130/day per diem for each day worked (for qualified travelers). Requirements Minimum 2 yearsof experience as a foreman on PEMB projects Proficient insteel erection,wall panel installation, andstanding seam metal roofs Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Strong leadership and communication skills Must have avalid OSHA 30 card (issued within the last 5 years) Reliable transportation and valid ID Willingness to work 6 days per week Must have aerial lift certification and OSHA 30 card in hand and issued within the last 5 years Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
