Social Media Content Creator Intern

This is a remote position. As a Social Media Content Creator Intern, you will be responsible for designing and producing engaging content that resonates with our audience and strengthens ImEx Cargo's online presence. Responsibilities include designing and creating compelling graphics, videos, and animations for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter). You will also write engaging captions and posts tailored to each platform and audience, develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and company goals, create short videos, reels, and stories to showcase ImEx Cargo's services, partnerships, and company culture, research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to maximize reach and engagement, collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns, and monitor and respond to comments and messages to build relationships with followers.

Skills and qualifications include a passion for social media and content creation, proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), or similar, experience with video editing tools for short-form content creation, strong writing skills and ability to craft compelling captions, knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (recent graduates are also welcome), a portfolio showcasing social media content you've created, familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics) to measure performance, and interest or experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
