Evening, Overnight and PRN/Relief shifts available.Responsibilities Include:Medication administration & completion of documentationSupport with daily living activities and recreationAssistance with HousekeepingMeal PreparationRequirements:Must be a 18 years or older.For Drivers: Must be 21 years of age or older & have acceptable driving record and VA state license.Must be able to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.Must have reliable transportation for all shifts.Benefits:Paid Time OffMedical & Dental Insurance (After 60 Days)Company Paid Life InsuranceBi-Annual Leave Buy Back ProgramPaid TrainingHoliday PayTravel / Mileage ReimbursementEOEApplicants must be able to successfully complete criminal background check.
