About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit Profession: RN Specialty: RN ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12.5 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience License: RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification required Must-Have: - 2 years of nursing experience - ICU experience with post-cath patients - CRRT experience - Experience with balloon pumps and Swan catheters - Competency in sheath pulls - Prior travel experience - Proficient in EPIC Description: This position is for an acuity adaptable unit, which is not a pure ICU. The schedule includes working every other weekend and every other holiday. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience. ICU experience must include working with post-cath patients. Experience with CRRT, balloon pumps, and Swan catheters is a plus. Candidates should be competent in sheath pulls. Prior travel nursing experience is preferred. Proficiency in the EPIC system is required. Floating to sites within a 40-mile radius may be necessary, depending on the needs of the unit.
