We are looking for a hard-working/fun person with a positive attitude. We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer service, and we want our employees to handle each customer with care, patience, and attentiveness.
Some of the main responsibilities of an Ice cream Scooping Specialist in our shop are:
- To greet the customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle the exciting hustle and bustle of our high-volume ice cream shop with a smile.
- Be able to multitask, handling multiple orders at one time.
- Serve the ice cream that has won “Best Ice Cream" 8 years in a row.
- Have great judgment and attention to detail.
- Available to work day/night, weekends, and holidays.
- Committed to the well-being of their shop team, their community, and the environment around them.
- Prepare orders for Grubhub, DoorDash, and UBER Eats.
