About the Job Domino’s Pizza is looking for qualified customer service reps with a friendly personality and strong people skills. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the company, including potential advancement to management and franchise ownership. Responsibilities Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility approximately daily. Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Make correct monetary change. Use motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements. Qualifications You must be 16 years of age or older. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make correct monetary change. Motor coordination and ability to enter orders accurately and quickly. Introduction to Physical & Working Conditions Work conditions may involve varying temperatures, exposure to fumes, dust, and repetitive tasks. Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, eye‑hand coordination, and use of tools such as pizza peel, rolling cutter, and phone. Physical Requirements Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position. Walking: For short distances. Sitting: Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table. Climbing: Infrequent stairs or ladder use. Stooping/Bending: Forward bending around 30‑45 sec at a time. Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas. Reaching: Up to 72 in above, down, and forward repeatedly. Hand Tasks: Continuous use of hands; repetitive, forceful hand movements.
