Market Manager

We're hiring a Market Manager to lead Dion in Los Angeles. Your role is to grow and operate one of the city's most exclusive social communities. You'll be responsible for attracting exceptional members, delivering an outstanding member experience, building relationships with the city's best venues and brands, and ensuring Dion becomes an integral part of LA's high-end social scene. You’ll work directly with the founders, report to the CEO, and have significant autonomy to shape one of our most important markets. What you’ll own Grow Dion’s membership through partnerships, referrals, events, ambassadors, and local community building. Curate and maintain a high‑quality member community, ensuring every new member strengthens the network. Deliver an exceptional member experience from application through ongoing engagement. Plan and execute local experiences and marketing initiatives that reinforce Dion’s premium brand. Own the day‑to‑day success of the Los Angeles market, identifying opportunities to improve growth, engagement, retention, and operations. What we are looking for 2+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, membership, hospitality, luxury, community, or growth. An exceptional network within Los Angeles’ hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, or social ecosystem is a strong advantage. Strong commercial instincts with the ability to balance member experience and business growth. Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. Passion for hospitality, luxury experiences, and bringing exceptional people together.
