Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Per Diem Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNP) for our Garden City, Kansas Practice - Apply Today! Responsibilities Level II NICU 24‑hour shift: coverage includes rounding inhouse, on‑call Neonatologist supervision provided daily via telemedicine coverage. Ideal candidate has ongoing availability for consecutive shifts of coverage during a scheduling request. Qualifications Current APRN National Specialty Certification Minimum of a Master’s Degree Active KS License or eligibility for Compact Minimum of 1 year’s experience Per diem position offers furnished local housing for the 16‑hour on‑call portion of the shift. Benefits and Compensation Pediatrix covers per diem staff travel expenses (round‑trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice. W‑2 designated position. Employee Assistance Malpractice Insurance, plus tail coverage. Payroll and Leave Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO, company holidays, or other compensation.
