About the Position

Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, Client Fetal Monitoring, NRP Advanced Must-Have: - Ability to work in labor and delivery, triage, postpartum, and circulate in c-sections. Description: The position involves working in a Level 2 obstetrics and Level 2 nursery unit. There are 8 labor beds available for patient care. Triage is performed out of labor beds. The unit has 12 postpartum rooms for recovering patients. There are 4 special care nursery beds for infants needing additional care. One nurse will be assigned to circulate in the obstetric operating room. Candidates must have relevant certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, Client Fetal Monitoring, and NRP Advanced.
