Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to manage and coordinate a service team that ensures all upkeep, inventory, and repair of grounds and buildings are completed efficiently. The role is hands‑on, involves troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry‑wall, exterior structural, and appliance repairs, and requires coordinating in‑house and vendor work while sharing on‑call duties with team members. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a service team, scheduling and monitoring work orders. Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry‑wall, exterior structure, and appliances. Coordinate and oversee all in‑house and vendor work, ensuring quality control and adherence to company policies and procedures. Share on‑call responsibilities with team members, participating in an emergency rotation. Maintain high occupancy levels and maximize rent through proactive, professional maintenance practices. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of trade‑related experience, including at least 1 year of hands‑on apartment maintenance lead, assistant, or supervisory experience. Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance. EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal). Computer skills for assigning and managing work orders, scheduling visits, ordering supplies, and email communication. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required tools. Background and DMV checks will be conducted. Compensation and Benefits Pay: Competitive salary based on experience, with quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
