Position Overview • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans• Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
