Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – In-House Rehab Team!  

Location: Etowah, TN 

Position: PRN

Setting: In-House Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

What You’ll Be Doing:  

• Evaluate & Treat: Step in to provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatments for speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. 

• Support the Team: Help our full-time staff maintain excellent continuity of care during periods of high census or staff time off. 

• Collaborate: Seamlessly integrate with our in-house PTs, OTs, and nursing staff to ensure holistic care. 

• Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines. 

What You Bring to the Table:  

• Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. 

• Licensure: Active state SLP license in TN. 

• Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC-SLP) is required. 

• Experience: Previous SNF or adult rehab experience is preferred so you can hit the ground running. 

• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
