About the Role:
Advance Therapy in White Bear Lake, MN is looking for a motivated and compassionate Clinic Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic healthcare environment where you'll play a key role in keeping our clinic running smoothly and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.  Part-time position, approximately 20-24 hours.  This is a great position for a parent who wants to work during school hours.  This role is primarily cleaning, organizing and back up basic front desk tasks.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience
• Confirm patient appointments
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic and treatment areas

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player
• Hours are flexible, but Friday hours between 10:00-2:00/ 3:00 are a must
