Job Summary

The Field Supervisor will support the management and oversight of Security Officers throughout the North Alabama region, ensuring proper staffing, operational efficiency, policy compliance, and high-quality service delivery across assigned accounts.

Available Schedules:

Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday night shift


Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 Per Hour

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
• Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
• Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
• Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years of age
• Minimum of three months experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
• Ability to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and means of communication.

Preferred But Not Required

• OC Certified
• Taser Certified
• Armed Security Officer (ASRB)
