Estimating Implementation Manager

Role Overview The Estimating Implementation Manager owns and drives the execution of estimating related workflows, initiatives, and transformation efforts across the organization, ensuring efficient transition from concept to full implementation and adoption. Responsibilities Centralize estimating initiatives and maintain visibility into scope, progress, dependencies, and outcomes. Act as a hands‑on driver and coordinator at the intersection of National Estimating, division teams, operations, systems, and change management. Partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate estimating strategy into actionable plans. Track performance through clear KPIs, visualize progress and capacity needs, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable, sustainable results. Manage travel requirements, approximately 10% of the role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
